YAY, we got a new podcast image too! How fun is that? ha-ha.
In honor of this… Steve and I finally did another podcast together (first time in over a year).
We sat down to discuss 3 common trends we’re seeing in private 1-on-1 consulting.
These trends took us years to realize after seeing them over and over in our private practice.
Things like…
… Liver Toxicity
… Adrenal Fatigue
… Female Hormone Dysregulation
… and Cortisol Dysregulation.
Any one of these issues can prevent you from getting healthy. They can leave you stuck. They can keep you sick for a long time… no matter what you’re doing with diet and supplements.
That’s why we got together to discuss these common sticking points and what you can do about them…
On This Podcast on Trends, You’ll Learn:
2:00 What’s up with the new 3-day rule?
4:00 Behind the scenes of my controversial ‘Ugly Truth’ post
15:30 Why your liver could be preventing you from getting healthy
26:03 The ‘female hormone’ red flag you shouldn’t ignore
33:00 The ‘Cortisol-Inflammation’ connection and why it’s holding you back

Thanks for stopping by and for supporting us Kristie! We’re all so grateful to be able to reach you on this level.
Fantastic food for thought.
Jordan and Steve:
Here in Canada how do I find someone able to treat hormone problems and stage 3 adrenal fatigue effectively. Any ideas ? ND’s are not able to prescribe bioidentical hormones although i have found one willing to do all the right testing. and my MD is sooooo conventional and won’t write a prescription.

Enjoyed this podcast. I learned of you from Sean Croxton. So what can I do to raise my cortisol since I have chronic systemic inflammation? Labs reveal elevated SED rate and Rheumatoid Factor, but negative for auto immune. Thanks for all you do!
Great podcast! Keep it up!
Great podcast!
In my case, I got very interrested about liver toxicity in regards to being able to take supplements. Also when thinking about some other symtoms. Really interrested and ready to earn more about the liver (and what to do..).
That was great, guys. Love the ‘sexy’ voice. : -)
Steve and Jordan,
I found your thoughts on “the ugly truth” interesting. It is sad but true, I wish I had validation of illness. Drs. just say IBS or functional GI trouble which really isn’t a diagnosis in my opinion. Without a diagnosis I feel others don’t understand or believe me….that my illness is not real because I can’t label it, and that I am somehow less of a person. When I had a few weeks of feeling good (weeks 3-8 on SCD) my confidence soared and I felt like my “real” self…physical health correlates to emotional health.
The info re: liver and supplements, and body systems, in particular adrenal fatigue and hormones relates directly to what I am experiencing now…VERY timely podcast.
You both are so knowledgeable! Keep the podcasts coming!!
