    hi Jordan, great episode and am looking forward to more tv!

    why do you eat shrimp every day instead of other seafood?? are they higher in Omega 3s than other seafood options?

      Thanks Carolyn, I eat shrimp mostly because I like it and it’s fast, plus it’s easy to get wild caught where I live. No real reason that’s health related, just seemed like a good thing to eat everyday to get that serving of seafood.

    Jordan, this was so good. Just the right length and best of all so on the mark. And added to that you are a delightful presenter! Of course I have heard that Omega 3 fats were good, and that we needed more and that we are having too many Omega 6 in our diet but did I know how to get the balance right? No way. I just keep swallowing two teaspoons of Fish Oil along with all the rest of the stuff and had no idea whether I was helping get the ratio right. I shall be doing the one fish meal a day now. It’s got to be a good idea and how simple and yet nowhere has anyone suggested that before as far as I know. Living in the UK in London means that our shell fish isn’t so fresh but I suppose we might source some good frozen prawns but I’m ok with all other fish so I’ll go for that. Well done and thanks so much. I love SCD Lifestyle TV. It’s the way to go. Congratulations 🙂
