Healthy Gut ships via DHL or FedEx for most US orders and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International orders ship via DHL eCommerce (DDU). Updates to tracking may take up to one week. Standard shipping times can range from 3 to 6 weeks; however, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit times for reasons including, but not limited to, customs hold, flight delays, weather conditions, local transport issues, labor issues, staff shortages and postal strikes within your own country, destination access, government restrictions and/or suspension. As always, please check with your local customs office prior to making a purchase. We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Un-Paid) for all international orders, therefore, Duties and Taxes (D&T) are collected when your package arrives at its destination country. You may be contacted by customs to pay any customs duty owed before it will be released.
Please note that if you do not pay your customs/taxes/duties and the Customs Office says they are returning the order to us, they usually destroy the order, and IF it comes back to us, it can take 3+ months. We can only refund your order IF we receive the unused products back in salable condition. The best practice is to ship them back yourself with tracking so we can both see the progress along the way.
We have successfully shipped to more than 30 countries. However, customs may prohibit some supplements (or certain order values) from coming into International countries. It is solely your responsibility to make sure the items you are ordering are allowed, and your order is under the allowable limit.
Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded. If your parcel is returned to us due to containing prohibited or banned items or violating their import policies, only once the parcel arrives back at our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund. Thanks for giving us a chance to support your healing path. Although we wished it wasn’t true, we get that sometimes things just don’t work out despite everyone’s best intentions.

The guarantee is valid up to 60 days after your purchase and allows you to receive a refund of your purchase price (excluding a $12.95 processing fee).
- For US-based customers, if you purchased more than one bottle you will need to send us the unopened and sealed products back to be eligible for a refund. Please contact our Customer Care team at support@healthygut.com to receive a Return Merchandise Order (RMA) and prepaid shipping label. If you purchased a single bottle and gave it a try, there is no need to return the product. Please share the open bottle with someone who might benefit.
- For International orders (non-US based), please contact our Customer Care team at support@healthygut.com for refund/return instructions for you. If you purchased more than one bottle you will need to send us the unopened and sealed products back to be eligible for a refund. If you purchased a single bottle and gave it a try, there is no need to return the product. Please share the open bottle with someone who might benefit. Please know that we cannot refund your shipping costs, including duties, customs, or taxes.
- If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer an online credit to be used for another Healthy Gut product or product exchange if your situation qualifies (this at the sole discretion of our company).
- Please Note: If you opted to purchase Peace of Mind Package Protection on your order, that fee is non-refundable.
PLEASE DO NOT PUT “RETURN TO SENDER” ON YOUR PACKAGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. Doing so will disqualify your return/refund.
