Do you ship internationally?
We successfully have shipped to more than 30 countries. However, customs may prohibit some supplements coming into International countries. It is solely your responsibility to make sure the items you are ordering are allowed.
Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded. If your parcel is returned to us due to containing prohibited or banned items or violating their import policies, only once the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your local customs office holds the parcel.

Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Order (RMA) and prepaid shipping label. If you purchased a single bottle and gave it a try, there is no need to return the product. Please share the open bottle with someone who might benefit.
