RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thanks for giving us a chance to support your healing path. Although we wished it wasn’t true, we get that sometimes things just don’t work out despite everyone’s best intentions.
If that’s that case please take advantage of our money back guarantee.
The guarantee is valid up to 60 days after your purchase and allows you to receive a refund of your purchase price (excluding a $12.95 shipping, handling and restocking fee).
- If you purchased more than one bottle you will need to send us the unopened and sealed products back to be eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased a single bottle and gave it a try, there is no need to return the product. Please share the open bottle with someone who might benefit.
To receive a US-based prepaid shipping label, RMA paperwork, and refund you must complete this short form.
If 60 days has passed we can still offer an online credit for healthygut.com if your situation qualifies (this at the sole discretion of our company).
- For International orders (non-US based), please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the correct return instructions for you.
DO NOT PUT “RETURN TO SENDER” ON YOUR PACKAGE (This will disqualify you for a return.)

This is when we will confirm your refund request with return instructions and applicable shipping label to your situation.
After following the steps above please allow adequate time for processing, shipping times, communication times, merchant and bank processing times. It’s surprising to know but from the time you request a return this process takes 10-14 days and can take up to 4 weeks to post back on your statements.
NOTE: Please do not ship back opened, alderated, unsealed, or used bottles.

Our Goal is to have customers for as long as you are interested in having great health. So maybe you are wondering about a different product or flavor.
We will only do exchanges on a new product that needs to be unused and sealed. No exceptions, Sorry!
Note that shipping fees for exchanged products are non-refundable.
