How Do I Use HoloImmune™?
NOTE – You can open the capsules if you can’t swallow capsules or want to start with a reduced amount.
Each person’s ideal dose can be variable depending on their health needs and unique circumstances. We suggest taking 1 capsule daily for ongoing general health support. You can increase the dosage if you are undergoing an acute or chronic health stressor that could benefit from additional support. You can start with 1/4 capsule if you tend to be sensitive to supplements.
